I missed a call from 562.975.8424, but when I tried to call back, it just rings busy.

When I called back ,,, Verizon recording advised this number had changed and/or was disconnected

It's a collection agency using a shell number closer to your area code so you'll pick up (instead of using an 800 number, which they know you'll never answer).

Multiple calls. No one on the line when answering. No voicemail when ignored. No clue as to who or why they call.

This number keeps calling me, I answered it just a few minutes ago and stayed quite, no response. Creepy!

received call dec 19th 10:00 am. did not recognize number and did not answer. no doubt a scam call.

My co worker and I also received calls from this number on the same day minutes apart and when we called, recording says disconnected.  How do we stop this?  We also have verizon.

I got this call twice and same thing, when you call back the number does not exist. As I am looking for a job this is very annoying.

Missed the call and when I went to return the call the operator said the number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.

This is a fake call.  Very annoying.

I also received a call since i dont answer any # i dont know when i tried calling back the operator said to try the # again.

same thing as all of you. I don't answer if i don't know the number. tried calling back all i t says it can't complete the call because i entered it in wrong. It was to my cellphone.

I don't answer because it's a number I don't recognize but it's apparently a cold call.

Got call today, someone named Josh who identifed himself as someone advertising a carpet-cleaning company. Same as Reggie's caller.

i do not have verizon, it happened to me. i nthink it is the authorities invading our privacy and sync'g with our phones!!!!

got a call from 562-975-8424, nobody said anything,i hung up. when i called back got a disconected number recording...i think it is the authorities, and the initial static occured as they syncronizing with mine...and yours, phones. we should file a class action for invasion of our privacy!!!!

I returned the call and it was a bad number.

I just got a call from this number right NOW! and i didnt recognize the number so i didnt answer. i called back & it says its out of service. ughhhh so annoying!

I PICKED UP THE CALL BECAUSE IT WAS FROM MY AREA CODE.. FROM WHAT I CAN TELL MOST OF THE PEOPLE RECIEVED THE CALL EARLY IN THE DAY.. IT WAS A RECORDING ABOUT CARPET CLEANING FOR THE HOLIDAYS...

Called my Google Number, forwarded to mobile. Caught the last bit of recording. Tried calling back using Google Number, got a busy tone.

Blocked, reported as spam. Thank goodness for Google Voice!
