female caller repeatedly asked for the person in charge of the electric. when i pressed for answers such as "what is this in regards to?" "who is calling" "what company are you calling from". the lady repeatedly deflected the questions, refused to identify herself and kept asking for who was in charge of the electric bill. informed her this was a wireless number, and although she had my home address...which was why i was suspicious. ultimately she said she will try again. i called back but only received that it was a google subscriber number.
