I called this number back after they left a message and RIPPED into them.  I don't think they will be stupid enough to call my number back.  I'm on the DNC list and made sure they were very aware of that and the fact that I could press charges under the Privacy in Communications Act.

The guy's name contacting me is Ronnie Young. I am pretty sure they are the same group that call from 567-248-5449. They started calling at 6:30 this morning. I am reporting it myself.

I am getting calls from James Anderson (1-919-238-7091) from Brad Law firm threatening me about a matter he would not discuss.  He repeated asked me for my lawyers name and number and I refused to give it to him.  I am not sure what James problem is, but he is very rude and he would not discuss with me what they were suing me for.  I have reported this to the FBI, please do the same.

I also received calls from this (Civil Litigation) company. The name given was Jason Lee.  Im being accused of Fraud from a payday loan in the ammount of . The numbers that keep calling me are 1-919-238-7091 and 1-567-248-5841. They have threated civil action and arrest. They were rude and cruel. Told me i took out the loan in may of 2012 and that i received the loan in a pre-paid visa gift card because my bank rejected the deposit. i have contacted the FBI, The local police, and the FTC. I suggest everyone does the same thing. They have told me that I am being sued for $30,000.00 and have to go to court in Florida.
