I am getting by, but I have to say there is little money I have that can be waisted.
These guys call constantly, and I use a track fone for my business so I end up ansering it.
They have probably in the past year cost me more than twenty dallars in air time.
I wouldent buy insurance from them if the other choise was to stick a screw driver in my eye.

These people are ufb! I have repeatedly tried to be transferred to a manager and have pressed #2 to be removed from their list! They either hang up on you pretending to transfer you or when you press 2 to be removed it just hangs up on you! I'd like 5 minutes in a dark alley with the owner of this pos company! I am so annoyed now I will not stop until I get this company and its owner(s) off my back and in legal trouble with the FCC or whoever is supposed to be policing these a**holes! They are illegally calling cell phones and not abiding by phone sales laws!

Aske for Lee Hmmerman Extension 1617 his is a supervisor. I spoke to him on 12/3 demanding I be removed from the calling list. I just recieved their recorded solicitation today on my cell phone. Keep calling and complaining to Lee, if nothing else he won't get anything done either.
HL 2011-06-06 20:51:43 Unknown
this call its so annoying! kept calling me for 3-4 times, without even say anything... just hung up on you!!!!
PT 2011-06-06 20:51:43 Unknown
They've been calling my cell several times a week for over a year. They use caller ID spoofing, different numbers all the time. If I try calling back the number given, I either get a disconnected number or some innocent who has no idea what I'm talking about. If I press 1 to talk to them, they just hang up when I ask what company they are. Someone set the FCC on these spammers already!
Today's call came from 215-753-1185. Other calls this week from 800-168-4861, 847-806-0692, 910-464-5079. And it's only Thursday.

waisted/wasted ansering/answering dallars?!? /dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wouldent?!? wouldn't choise???????? it's choice!!!!
shane mccarty?? are you sure that is how you spell your name?
i doubt you own your own business, and i doubt that is why you have a track phone, maybe you can't get a contract with at&t?? bad credit shane?
it is impossible to get a call on your track phone by any company unless you opt in for a call...dumbass, (please note it is spelled with a b in there just in case you return the compliment!...liar

they called on my work number, hotel
Slingblade 2009-05-24 13:35:38 Telemarketer
Here is one way to fight back. Call their 800 number from a land line (not your cell unless you have unlimited minutes!). Turn on your television, preferably to a sleazy shopping network, set your phone on speaker phone in front of the TV and leave it for as long as their computer will allow you to record a message. Repeat as necessary. I have cost them several hours of long distance charges and will continue until I feel better. FYI, for Automotive Warrantee Solutions of Boca Raton FL, the number is 800-376-5644.
I have also treated them to several hours of Sunday morning religious programming.

NO - where I work the number is 866-376-5688 - I can't tell you how many wrong numbers I get for this automotive warranty - what can I do to get rid of this????
Michelle in Phoenix 2008-08-05 22:27:52 Unknown
I always wait for the message to complete and press #2 to opt out of a recall. I also had to list my work number on "Do Not Call" list. anyway, they called me again so I called the number back to talk to a live person and request to be removed from their list. The automated message said that the agent was busy and to press #1 to continue to hold. Every 16 seconds (yes, I timed it) the message would repeat stating that you must press #1 to continue to hold or press #2 to leave a message. If you weren't paying attention and forgot to press 1, the message continued relentlessly until you pressed 1 and went back to music for 16 seconds! I was on hold for about 32 minutes and finally gave up. I filed a complaint with the FTC.

By the way, something different shows up every time they call but this time my caller id showed DIDX which, if you look it up on the net is just what I said- A service that auto dials people for different companies. This one is in the US. If people bombard them with calls I wonder how they would like it.
MAD 2008-08-02 17:00:36 Unknown
These people break the law by calling when you tell them not to whether you're on the dnc list or not. They use calling services from other countries to do it. It's sickening how people can be so vile and lawless. Don't answer! (which is still aggravating and disruptive to families)

Automated call regarding extending my vehicle warranty coverage; hardly, I own '92 & '97 vehicles - maybe I should have tried it :-) No, I wouldn't give cold callers any info about me until I've had a chance to thoroughly check them out; okay, probably not gonna happen...
Anyway, they called my place of business (which cannot be put on the DNC list) on Saturday, August 2nd at 9:35AM. I keyed in #2 to be dropped from their list, so we shall see.

They are Automotive Warranty Solutions. The website address is
http://www.automotivewarrantysolutions.com. I pretended to be interested in what they were selling in order to get past the screener and they wanted $295, $395 or $495 downpayment and 18 months of "interest free and tax free" payments on a warranty program that would cover "everything" including the engine, the axles, the computer module - everything. Now, I have an extended warranty program already with Ford and not even their top of the line program does all that. This is such a scam. The moment I got the website address and revealed that I was not interested and that I was just trying to figure out who was calling a business number that was on the Do Not Call Registry she hung up.
DC in Boise 2008-08-01 04:45:05 Telemarketer
I thought the National Do Not Call list is suppose to work? When I get these warranty calls, from different numbers. I actually tried to "Talk" with one of them, and it just did a tone, then after a few seconds, it did a different tone, and the Automatic female voice comes on and tells me that I need to hang up and dial the number again.
They called me, what the heck!
J 2008-07-31 15:31:25 Unknown
I just received a call from this number and no message. I never answer unless I know the called. I often receive calls from the auto warranty scam but always from a different number. I pressed "1" once and was connected to a woman on a cell phone. I asked to be removed from the list and she hung up the phone.
bothered 2008-07-31 14:03:18 Unknown
It is annoying call. Waste of cell phone time; irritating.
rnad 2008-07-25 21:54:05 Unknown
Every time I ask for a company name they hang up on me. I wish I knew how to make it stop or take them to court as well. They call me every single day.
Ana 2008-07-25 21:53:57 Unknown
The person who called you from this number is Anthony, he works for Automotive Warranty Solutions and his extension is 1624. And to contact him you need to call 1-800-376-5688. They are trying to sell you car warranty. they called me today and I "played" with them, so he gave me this info. He was trying to get my info, but I never give out mine, i usually take theirs and promise to call back. They are annoying parasites! Good luck!

Apparently choosing the option number 2 to be removed from followup and the statement "this is your final notice" are false. They continue to call my work number every six weeks or so...
I would love to know how to find this company and take them to court for all the wasted time.
bg 2008-07-24 02:48:31 Event Reminder
called my cell phone and when i attempted to call back, did not state the company name/intent... the message they left said something to the effect of "Please don't drive without a warranty, renew your warranty now"... in my opinion, this is a scam... The Ford Company/Ford Credit notify me with these types of information, and this is not them. if anyone knows for sure, please let me know. thank you!
cass 2008-07-23 23:06:14 Unknown
When I get a call from a number I don't recognize I answer it but don't say anything for a minute to see if it sounds like someone's actually on the phone. When I picked up, it didn't sound like anyone was there so I hung up. Definitely not a legitimate call.
