collection agency using no data phone is who it is

Receive calls and they won't talk but just hang up.

Didn't pick up, no voicemail left.

Caller calls and hangs up with saying a word.

I have received a lot of calls from this phone and every time I answer they listen , don't say anything and hang up.

answered this number and someone asked for my wife. I said she was not available. They said ok and went to hang up. I asked If I could help them and they said no. I asked who they were and they wouldn't tell me. my research is that they are a vacation club that offers you free goodies to go see a presentation. Probably a great product but idiots on the phone. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and they still called. What gives.

Been receiving calls from this number for 1 1/2 wks now.  I call it back and no one ever answers.

Getting calls without anyone answering. These call are on my cell. When I call the number I get not in service message.

I just got a call from this number, but i heard a woman talking in the back ground, like she was on the phone to someone else her words were " no one is going to find out etc etc..." then they hung up, when i tried to call back it said the number was not in service

Called at 1:11 then hung up . I called back and the number was out of service ..

Usually calling these people back you can get your name off the list. last call I got from this number was 4-24-08.

I dont normally pick up when I dont recognize the number; and these random numbers are usually recordings that wait for a sound to go off, and then they start.

received calls from this number also with no Caller ID description. I don't answer but it's getting frustrating that they keep calling and don't leave a message.

started harrassing me told them to stop calling since i use the government blocked telephone number service and then hung up  I have no idea who the heck they are

Get calls from this number, they hang up.  Tired of paying for *69 to identify who called.  There needs to be regulation to stop this type of thing.

This number has been calling me once a day for the past month.  When I answer it the phone hangs up and then when I call it back the recording say's the number is no longer in service.  It's so annoying!!!

Calls are coming in almost daily.  When I answer, they hang up.  When I try to call this number, I get a recorded message that says "this number is not in service".

Same thing...getting calls from this number, silence, then click.  They are increasing in frequency now.

Same as all the above. Can do not call list stop them? When called they answer is: "the number is not in service".  They are not only calling my cell, but are calling ALL 8 lines at work!

I have started getting this phone call since last few days.

When I answered, they hung up. They have called repeatedly.
