8-13-08 why they keeping on calling, and when you answer hello,hello,no answer ( Won't say nothing). If you calling someone,you should be able to speak.very disrepected...

Stupid people calling me -_- [call at 9:24 am]
I dont answer..and it cant be collections because im below the age of 16 [what could i possible owe?!]...so i dont know what they want.

Called today right before noon.  This happens maybe once a week.  Don't owe anything.  So if it is collection, I would like to know what they want.

Called by 5703471149, a PA number, at 1:36 CST. They left no message

This number consistently calls and leaves no message at all times of day. I wonder if they're trying to collect on old medical bills from an accident (all paid in full a couple years ago).

Periodically I've received messages which are consistent w/ others experiences -- they ask you to call xyz # and say they're calling on some "important business".

I've wondered if the collection companies prey on those unfortunate enough to have to take court action as I never received these calls until after a lawsuit. Then again I also have a name that matches several individuals locally who have had court judgements against them due to unpaid bills.

Would be nice if the "do not call" list actually meant something!

I picked up the phone and it was silent...i was creeped out!
I think they are calling for money but i have no debt because i have no credit cards and i am a student.

The call and call when I answer I am placed on hold with music and then disconected.  I have no idea who these people are.

They have called my office three times after being asked twice not to call my office.  This is illigal.

person calls and asks to whom they are speaking. When asked whom they want, the caller was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. I believe this is a collection agency because of their very nasty tactics. I wish i would have been able to snatch the caller through the phone.

I have received calls from this number, but they never leave a message.  They call on my cell phone a couple times a day but no message is left and i have never received anything in the mail from them stating who they are or what they want.

I have received seveal calls from these people.  It is a recorded message saying," we have an important busines matter to dscuss with you".  They do not identify themselves or to whom they wish to speak to.

570-347-1149 just called me and wouldn't speak when I answered. My brother died last year and I am being harassed for medical bills that he didn't owe (he was supposed to have everything paid by Medical Assistance) so maybe this NCC is after him.

I was always told it is illegal to call someone and then not speak after they answer (harassment.)
