I just got 3 calls from this number.  Answered 1st time was a female stated name of a law firm did not get her name.  didn't answer after that.  Had a company call before stating sa,e stuff had to claim fraud on them.  The last time they called today he left message, said his name was Scott Miller.  I will not be returning the call.  They will threaten you by saying they will put you in jail or come to your work.  Do not fall for it.  They are lousy people.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Pull your credit report. Your identity may have been stolen. Hackers have recently stolen SC taxpayers' information and are selling them on the black market.

i keep getting phon calls from a guy with a heavy foreign accent. calls from diffrent numbers and says his name they are diffrent names. saying i;m being sued and i have a court date. i have asked him to said me paperwork and he said they only do stuff over the computer and phone.

As noted above...  I get repeated calls from this individual with a heavy foreign accent.  He states that he has a case against me and is calling from a "Legal Firm".  I advise him to send me a filed court case by mail so I can file harassment charges against him.  Then I further advise him to discontinue his fraudulent  harassment.  I will find the appropriate law enforcement agency to deal with this predator.

This guy called with a heavy foreign accent, said his name is Mike Watson and that a case has supposedly been filed against me. This is a SCAM. He wants personal information and a payment from you to "make it go away". There is no case, this guy buys personal information from list management companies that recycle credit applications and uses the purchased information to scam people out of money with fake caller ID's showing that he's from Pennsylvania. Many times they will even have your SSN, which makes it very scary to people who don't know any better. They have multiple numbers they use for their caller ID's, but they're outside the country, so the Federal Trade Commission and the FCC can't do much about it. It is VERY irritating.

this man keeps calling me stating to call back ASAP for a legal matter..dont know who it is...keeps calling my job.

This same guy keep calling and I have no idea what he is talking about. I have reported him to the Federal Trade Bureau.

I got a call from this number. He said his name was Mike George. He talked with a heavy foreign accent and left a message that I needed to call back ASAP, a Legal matter.  I don't know who this is and don't intend to call them back.  They called my cell and my office number.  Very Irritating.
