I RECEVED CALLS FOR SEVERAL DAYS STATING THAT I OWED US CASH ADVANCE $910 AND IF I DID NOT PAY OR SET UP SOME PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT THEY WHO HAVE ME PICK-UP AND ARRESTED FROM MY HOME OR MY JOB AND PROSECUTED FOR FRAUD. I DID HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN WITH US CASH ADVANCE AND HAVE PAID THEM BUT THE GUY INSISTED I DID NOT AND I DID NOT HAVE MY PAPER WORK WITH ME AT THE TIME OF HIM KEPT CALLING ME , YES THEY WAS ABLE TO WITH DRAW $303.55 ALREADY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT I WILL STOP ANY FUTURE TRANSACTION . I AM TIRED OF BEING SCAM OUT OFF MY HARD EARNED MONEY . THERE HAS TO BE A LAW AGAINST THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE.

These people clam to be from the State of Pennsylvania and are bringing legal action they called my home, relatives homes and my employer. Report this fraud to the FTC 877-382-4357 they will help.

I don't know who these people are but they do have foreign accents, ramble on and have my ss number. Something about acash advance. who are they and how did they get my ss number? Kinda scarey.

I have no idea who the hell these people are, but they have been calling me non stop for 3 days now. they even called where i used to work. i am suing the s*** out of these people. they claim i had a cash advance from US Cash Advance for $5,000.

They keep harassing me at my work and home numbers stating that I had a pay day loan with US Cash Advance and I never had a loan with them. So I looked up the payday loan company on line and as soom as there page opens it tells you to be aware of a telephone scam involving people with foreign accents trying to collection on behalf of them becasue its illegal. I dont even have a balance with them. They wouldnt even provide me with proof of the loan thats how you know they are just scammers. DONT GIVE THEM ANYTHING.
