Actually, I don't know the caller's number?I have only a landline and no caller ID. But I get robocalls all the time (days, months, maybe years now). This caller starts with a tone, then gives spiel about lowering my Con Edison electric bill. I don't get electric bills! It then says to press 0 to connect. I yell at the phone and slam it down! (I know, it doesn't do any good except to let off steam.) But calls come at all hours of the day and early evening. They are so annoying! There must be some way of stopping them.

get phone calls few times a day from company wanting to lower  my electric bill.I pressed 0 to speak with them and told them i will sue them because my cell phone number is on the do no call list. Do you think they listened?No.
They called me from 2 different numbers.other than  570 906 8749  they are 702 520 2413 and 858-366-4894

I got the same calls from the same numbers, but I don't think they're affiliated with the utility company.

Same company used this number and another one with the same scam. Offers to lower utility bill but when I ask what company they represent they hang up on me.

This keeps calling even when I have registered my number on the do not call registry. They don't leave any message.

Got same bogus robocalls about utility rate change; I did not follow the prompts. Instead, I filed official complaint on federal Do Not Call registry (www.donotcall.gov).

I got a call at 1:47pm and 4:07pm today -- no message left.  they also call from 702-520-2413 and 610-300-0259 ... what a pain in the <><><> !!

This is ConEdison related gang of scammers. Other associated group numbers are 458-201-0296, 209-220-2389, 702-520-2413. They are all affiliated with ConeEdison (true cons.)

I got a call from this number today, and also from 702-520-2413 yesterday. This was right after I replied to a whole bunch of job postings on linkedin and craigslist. These guys post jobs on websites just to get personal information.
It's so frustrating when you're unemployed and every call that you hope is a job prospect turns out to be a scammer or telemarketer.

got 2 calls in two days from 570-906-8749, and 1 call from 702-520-2413.  didn't pick up any calls.  Glad I googled it - bogus.  Just got this new phone and number...how did I get on a list so soon. gahh

I have been getting calls from these people for three days and they simply wont answer now that i want to say something back. i have been delayed ast work and has caused me a lot of grief. these people are insane. i dont have a single piece of property nor have i ever... they are rediculous idiots.

They just don't stop 3 times in 2 hours. And as Else said they will call from that same number

got a call from the same number last night - las vegas nevada.  also called my wifes cell #  would have never linked them to this 570 number!

called twice on my cell, comes up as Scranton PA.  No message not calling back.

They also called me from 702-520-2413. Same company...different #.

Robocall to my cell, same as "Innocent Victim" about residential rate increases.  I live in a co-op apartment and do not pay an electric bill, it is aggregated and paid by the co-op.  So useless and illegal.  I hit 0 but they hung up on me, I called back and an automated message played "You just received a call from our survey, we apologize blah blah blah, hit 1 to remove your number from our list.  Now speak your phone number."  Bogus.

They continually call - today at 1:17pm and twice yesterday.  It's something about an electric bill and I'm on the no call registry.

Robocall to my mobile phone (illegal): "This is a notice to all residential customers of a scheduled rate increase to your electric bill. Press 0 to avoid this increase and speak to a representative" (I hung up then)

I don't even live in PA.

Robocall told me to press 1 to lower my ConEdison electric bill. I don't even have ConEdison. I knew this was a scam so I pressed 1 so that I can harass whoever was trying to scam me. The guy on the line got really pissed and hung up.
