If this is truly from Publisher's Clearing house, as someone here reported the website takes you to that site, then I'm going to post this spam tactic all over the internet everywhere possible letting folks know about PCS spam tactics. Going right now to report this to the DNC list.

Received $1000 gift card notice this morning. The web-site the text says to visit takes you instead to Publisher's Clearing House where they try to gather personal info on you.
