Got a txt message from this # Sunday night at 8pm - made me mad because when I turned my phone back on I couldn't get to my legit messages without this one popping up first & costing me minutes on my phone for this scam - call is coming from Arlington, VA. Message was - You have just won a $1000 Walmart Gift Card, enter "FREE" at http://promocenter.ws/walmart. I checked this website & it states basically the same thing & a box to put your code in & a continue box - Like Us on Facebook- A timer clock runing down the minutes left - Don't have a code click continue. By clicking on continue you agree to their privacy policy. An Unsubscribe line. promocenter.ws & some type of counter or whatever it is in a red box at the bottom.
Wished my cell phone company would quit selling my phone # - other than family - They are the only ones that have it.
In looking at this site - can tell it's nothing but a scammer using this # -

got repeated texts from this number, one about every hour on the hour - starting @ 3am. it's been going on 4 days now. my phone is reg. in the (useless) donotcall list. does anyone know how to make the texts stop??
