Got the text saying to go to the website for the $1000 walmart gift card. Went to the website and it says "by clicking submit, you agree with the privacy policy" and there is NO link to any privacy policy. Also, it has a "like" button for Facebook so I searched promo center daily, promo day giveaway etc. on Facebook, and it was nowhere to be found.

I received it too.  Note that the domain it directs you to was registered 10 days ago in China.  From whois.com:

I got the same message..... like the old saying goes...
"If it is seems too good to be true, it probably is"
plus I called the number and no one answered...hmmmm

received text stating that i just won 1000 dollar gift card was instructed to go to specified website and enter code

apparently a lot of people received the same message

I've seen others have gotten it today too. Don't know who it is or how they got my number. Never given my number on a website.

Recieved a text at 6:20 am about winning a $1000 dollar walmart gift card it told me to enter "card" at http://promodaygiveaway.com/walmart probaly a scam most likely.
