This is some type of solicitor. I think it's a scam because they give you three options, with the third being the opportunity to "opt-out" of future calls from them. However, when I pressed "9" to opt-out, the phone screen read read "payment." I called my cell phone carrier immediately to alert them of this matter and to have the number blocked from calling me again. I better not see a charge on my next bill from these people. Do yourself a favor, and just hang up as soon as the recording starts.

Unsolicited credit debt call. I want to know who this company actually is. My cell phone is registered with the cell phone no call list for solicitation and would like to report them. Is should be against the law for solicitation calls to be made to cell phones. I cannot call a directory assistance to get someones cell # and they shouldn't have access either. I find these calls to be intrusive.

The caller ID says "Washington DC". This is so goddam annoying.
