MISSED A PAYMENT...JUST SLIPPED MY MIND.  THEY CALL AND DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.  THEY HOLD THE LINE AND MESSAGE INDICATOR ON MY PHONE.  WEIRED! NOT PAYING TILL GET NOTICE IN MAIL.  LOL

Messages in voicemail (lots of them) - never any 'message', just boiler room noise.

This number keep calling my friend. I told her that it could be someone phishing for personal information.  Scammers!  I recommend that she turn the number in to the FTC!

no message left. Just broiler room type noise. I called number back from another phone and got a live person. They said the name is " Penta Group Financial.

Well, I have a MAC, no Dell, owe no one anything and they are calling me 2X a day, no message.

They call at least twice daily and a recording says to hold someone will be right with you, then silence. Annoying

I called the number - it's Dell Financial Services.

This number calls and never leaves a voice message, just a bunch of noise.  I think it is a ploy to get you to call them so they can verify contact was initiated by you.
 
One of the companies they represent is Conn's: an appliance. tv, mattress store in TX.

Whoever this is, they have called my cell 4 times this morning.  I don't have a dell either.  This is crazy.  I don't answer unknown #'s.

Yeah, 571-261-0050 called my cell too and didn't leave a message but just hung on the phone and you could hear the boiler-room activity in the background. Very creepy. I'm on automatic draft payments - so I know I haven't missed anything. Must be a SALES call to upsell something. Weird, weird, weird.

Repeaded calls. Day and night. Ths really is DELL. I do not have a Dell computer - account - or even want one ever after this crap. I get a Dell flyer in the sunday paper is as close as I am to owning a Dell. They wil ask for your D.O.B.-Potential scam.

  I agree with "J" above. I have recieved up to 6 calls in one day. They even said I have talked to them regarding "my account".. DUDE.. I GOT A TOSHIBA YOU JACK A***S !

These people call constantly during the day, from 2 different numbers.  My Dell account was up to date till we had the horrendus ice storm Jan 26th and 27th.  Were without power for a week, no phone line, etc.  Had to drive 40 miles to just get kerosene for heaters, gas for car and  to eat. PLUS was knocked out of work due to power outages.  This company will not cut me any slack.  I promised them that when this account is paid off, I will neverbuy anthing FROM dELL AGAIN.

I get a call from a 571-261-0050 instructing my father to call 1-866-384-2485. I wonder if dell realizes there violating an automatic stay by calling. Twice today.


If they leave a message it comes up DFS
if they dont it comes up unknown same 571 #

It's dell, late payment.

This number calls my cell phone at least 10 times a day. Who are they?  They never leave a message.  Whether they are a collection agency or not don't you think it would be nice to leave a message.
