they call me constantly. I just had a fraud/identity theft problem with them. I had to report fraud on my account that they let someone pay off my account and raise the limit and charge to the hilt without my knowledge. Now they want me to pay 700 when my limit was 400 and I had credit protection in place at the time they allowed this to happen. I admit I didn't open my bills for 3 months before I one day decided better take a look see what I owed since last payment and holy sh.... I was in shock there were charges to every tom dick and harry on there. I told then that since it was paid off I am no longer responsible for this account. Doesn't matter if I paid it or someone else. They let someone charge after that....SHAME ON THEM. now they are harassing me beyond belief.
ANYONE KNOW MY LEGAL STANDING IN WHETHER OR NOT I STILL OWE IF THEY PAID OFF THEN USED IT MORE?

571-261-0070  Call is from NCO Financial, a collection agency for Credit One. Beware, this is just ONE of numerous phone numbers the company uses...all with different area codes! I'll post the other numbers later. Hope this info helps!

These people are from Student Services- they advertise the ability to make your student loans "go away".   I'm most curious why they harass us!! They call my home & cell several times each day.

I have been receiving strange phone calls from (571) 261-0070 and others like from California, Ontario, Canada, Oregon, Elizabeth New Jersey and what do these unknown callers want with me or anyone?. I think it's very mysterious and several of the call are telemarketing. They need to quit  and let me alone before the Union Police in New Jersey arrests them point blank.

They call my house all day long, and my cell phone, at the same time!!! Both phones will be ringing at the same time from the same number! Who are these people and why do they keep calling non stop?? The constantly wake my napping children!!! >:/

They call 4-7 x a day- on my phone for the ministry. That phone is on the do not call list but debt collectors are exempt form it.  They need to back down or they will see me lose my temper and those that have seen that do not wish for a repeat!

Debt collection agencies are illegal and should be treated as such. You debt was sold and written off as a loss. Debt collection is a fraud selling debt is not legal tell them that!!

They call me ALL the TIME...they go straight no voicemail...you hear them say Hether, Hether...sometimes you hear them talking to others at the call center...I like listening to that LOL

It is credit one bank.  I have a smart phone that for all those unwanted calls I add the number to my contacts and use my options that sends it straight to voice mail.  That way when they call my phone never rings. But if you look at my call log you can see how many times they tried.

These jokers are driving me nuts.  They call my house ALOT and my cell, even on the weekends.  My boyfriend says they call his place too, although he's not gotten cell calls yet.  Are these telemarketers or what?  I'm on a "do not call" list but I guess you don't get rid of everybody.

They just recently started calling me (cell)...I don't answer but wanted to know who it is. :/

Keep receiving calls from this number numerous times a day, as well as other numbers, but they never leave a message as to who is calling or who they are wanting to speak to. I don't return calls if I don't know the number calling and especially if they don't have the courtesy to leave a message. It is frustrating!! It probably is Credit One Bank (or their collection agency), but if it is in fact them, why wouldn't they clarify that? I mean who is going to return a call from someone that won't even leave a message?? Certainly not me!

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER, BUT NOT FALLING FOR THE SCAM.  I JUST DECLINED THE CALL.
