This caller is an Indian man pretending to be "IRS officer". Six months ago he was posing as ''Deputy''. Before that he was posing as Microsoft Window Specialist. Anyone who believes on him must be very stupid.

Recd a call today from a man identifying himself as Justin Williams same scenario as above. IRS Crimes Division, Plz I have dealt with IRS enough to know that they send u a registered letter if something is serious, Makes me almost feel like calling them and giving total bogus info just to with  f*** with them.

I too got the same call a couple of days ago..it really upset me  i tried calling the number back like 20 times  nobody ever answers  im so glad i found this was a scam ...they are probably trying too get enough of your info too open up credit accounts and drain your bank accounts..

I got the same message, and at the end stated "good luck" this is a scam!

Leaves a messages that he is from Crime investigation from IRS. Repeats couples of times he is from IRS. And ends with if I don't return the call then all he can do is wish me good luck when the situation unfolds on me.

Calls came in twice this afternoon, first call at 4:30pm, second call at 7:15pm.  Caller left message that had Indian sounding accents, stated that " My name is Justin Williams, this call is from tax crime investigation department of the IRS,the very second you receive this information, I need you to return or your attorney of your choice. It's extremely time sensitive. If you don't return call, and I don't hear from attorney either, than I can only wish you good luck as situation unfolds on you, and take care"   Second call with same message, with name Justin Wilson instead.   This is clear that this caller is reading pre-written script and read the name incorrectly, ha ha.

This is a obvious scam, IRS will never call me after 7pm, it's more likely IRS will contact me through written letter rather than leaving two identical messages that make no sense twice.

Message from individual claiming to be with "Tax Crime Division" of IRS. Says to return the call 'the minute you get this message' etc. Ends call saying, if you don't return this call, well, good luck.

Caller claims he is an officer from the IRS and that they were filing charges against me along with a lien on my property and it was urgent to speak with my attorney.   I know this is  a scam calling to obtain money through whatever way possible.  The message is on my answering machine.  The caller did not use my name or ask for SSN either.

Caller stated that he was an officer with the IRS and that they were filing charges against me along with a tax lien. The individual sounded foreign and not legitamate. He stated I needed to contact him immediatley and that this was a verbal subpeona. He did not use my name nor do i owe taxes
