I called the number while blocking mine the name came up as Danielle Cooper They did it with my MOM also who live in FL but was visiting VA they are using FACEBOOK

Got same text only it has my friends dad's picture on it. All legit looking and the name they are using probably doesn't even know. Number showed up around Arlington VA,, and his dad is in Florida. Looks like they are hacking others FB to send out.

I got a message on Facebook from somebody saying she was Peggie Broadhead.  I don't know her, she is not one of my hundreds of friends.  She asked me if I had received the package yet.  I don't know what the next step is that this person will take, but I have run into too many scammers, and I will report her both to Facebook and the FBI, because it is using phone lines to commit a fraud.  I'm going to get her to email me at one of my emails I use for that kind of stuff, then I'm going to track down her I.P. address and map it so I can see into her front door.  That info will also go to the two above organizations. For all of those who might be tempted to believe something that is too good to be true, please remember that it IS too good to be true, and these people will take your money and your identity in a heartbeat.  Never reply to someone you don't know, especially if they are wanting your personal info of any kind and are saying that they have a large sum of money of money for you..

Nigerian advance fee scam. Delete the messages, don't respond to them. Be careful what you put on your Facebook page.

I got messaged on Facebook from Peggie Broadhead and she says she is with the Texas Lottery and I won 500,000.00 to be delivered by fedex.

says she is agent Kimberly Donna from Texas lottery in Austin and that and that i won.  She needs my id info so she can send me $50,000.00 by FedEx.  I don.t play the Texas Lottery!!!

Keeps texting me that I have won the Texas Lottery...
