If the calls are to your landline, call your network provider to have the calls blocked. If they are to your smartphone, look in your app market for free call blockers-there should be several available. The Mr. Number app for Android is really good-it blocks calls and texts, and scam calls with numerous complaints against them automatically. For all other cellphones, call your network provider.
