I got a call from this phone number (571) 384-5620 (and they left a message) and the person calling said it was a relay call. (Meaning, an paid voice operator gave the message, apparently, from someone who does speak or talk over the phone.)
The message was bizarre. It was about wanting to start a new product to prevent people from dangerous things happening to people during bad weather.

It's a hearing impaired person calling through a service. The person that called me had the interpreter leave a message. It is awesome technology but it's a little awkward.

Yes it is a line for deaf people, they use this company. I see the number and remember my nephew call me for that number they take a litlle longer to answer becouse the interpreter is taken the information ! yes i know is really uncomfortable but is the only way the can communicate with hearer people! They have especial video equipment and this have a especifica number to each one of deaf person to call any where, thye can call for this, one to another deaf an see each others something like oovoo or mesenger video with only difference is super fast so they can see the sing better! Really good technology!!!

MY CALLER ID SHOW CSDVRS, IT WAS A GUY SAYING THAT HE WAS AN INTERPRETER FOR THE DEAF, BUT I GOOGLE IT, AND IF WAS A FAKE CALL.

I got a call from them last night..when I answered no one said anything...so I hung up...they called right back and this time I waited for a response...it was a woman stating that 'someone called for tacos' what? told her she had the wrong number and hung up.

This number has called me more than 3 times since last Saturday, April 10, 2010 so I suspect it is a spam call.
