they just started calling today, like every hour. NOt interested in answering. they will give up.

I have been getting calls from this number for months also. According to superpages.com, it is a land line phone from the DC area, so it is not the VA State Police. I am not answering either.

I have also been getting calls from this number.  When I looked it up, it's registered to a Verizon customer and it is a land line in Alexandria VA. It's possible that they are affiliated to the State Police because I did donate one time, but I don't want to be bothered all the time by them.  They automatically say hello *myname* I don't know who they are so I don't tell them who I am.  I am going to block that number out.

I just got a call from this # and was asked if I spoke Spanish when I said no they hung up the line. Not the type of call I would say was a real organisation but thats all I know about them.

My cell phone and house phone was reached by this number and all it is a s fundraising nonprofit group asking for donations to many organizations of your choice.

keep getting calls from 571 431 1941.  they ask for my deceased parents and always hang up abrubtly when i tell them that my parents are deceased.  however this does not stop the calls.  i have tried to call the number and no one answers.  i am trying to get my number off their calling list, but since they never answer, i cannot accomplish this. any help from any governmental agency would be greatly appreciated.  i am on the national and va state do not call list and still it does not seem to prevent these calls.

This number is driving me crazy!  they call at all hours of the night.  I have to take my phone off the hook to sleep at night.  I also am on the "National Do Not Call List."  haha

VASPASP started calling me in June and they're still calling.  First thing in the morning to the last call in the evening.  Won't leave a message on the answering machine...and I won't answer it.  Way too many calls like this one are calling me.  I've made a list of unrecognizable numbers that call, that I do not answer.  They stop for a while, but then start up again.  The phone companies have to do something about these annoyances.

Keep getting calls from 571-431-1941 four or five times a day but no message.  It shows up as VASPASP on the caller ID.  Can't get anyone to pick up but the acronym looks a lot like "Virginia State Police Association" but it's probably just a company that calls around to everyone trying to get donations.

They have been calling my number for 2 years.  I donated once and since they call my house everyday, sometimes multiple times. It's ridiculous. And if you tell them no they get s****y with you and become presistent. I would think if they told someone they would send the cops after them for not donating that that would constitute harassment.

A million other places, and the Fraternal Odor of Police here in VA.  I found out this morning when one called while I was blissfully dozing.  MPI is known in AZ to hire felons and under 18's for its call center.  This is likely the source of their high-quality brand of customer service.  They generally pay between $7-$9/hr. and you can apply in person!

A few years back, I had one tell me that if I didn't donate, he would send the cops around.  I cackled, and hung up.  When I saw they had recently said that to someone else, I figure this information should come to light.  Call them, let them know what you think of these practices, and the practice of "diverting" money destined for charities into their own pockets.

It has called our home twice today.  When I called the number back it says Thank You for calling the Fundraising Information Center.  Then it prompts you to talk to a customer service representive.
