Received a call from this number tonight (which I did not anwser. As a rule, I don't pick up calls whose name or number I don't recognize on my Caller ID.) They asked to speak to me (using my first name only) but that was the extent of the message he left.

A Time Share company wants to rent my time share or sell it for me.    Now this is a problem..  I HAVE NEVER OWNED a time share...  Stupid Twits

To my knowledge, being on the DNC list does not mean a thing.  I too, receive calls from this number all day and into the evening.  What can we do to be removed?

Got a call from these Goofballs this morning and it is the weirdest deal.  It sounds like a recording and then they ask you questions regarding timeshares - "Do you want to sell yours?"  "Do you want to rent yours?"  Then when you ask questions, good ol' Melissa has to get "someone" on the line to assist - but they never get there.  If it is a legitimate TimeShare marketing company they would have a much more straightforward approach.  By the way, the caller ID shows LOCAL12CALL, whatever that means.

Do NOT give any personal information as I am sure the caller is recording the conversation for future use.

Called on 05/16/2013 10:57 AM from Herndon, VA. Caller ID shows Local12call. No message was left. Lots of calls from Virginia lately from timeshare scammers.

I finally answered and got the telemarkerter's name "Meredith". But that I all I let her get out because I instantly lost it, having been so PISSED at all these calls all day long. I just said I knew it was a telemarketer and I would appreciate my number being removed from their lists.  Betcha I get called again in an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get multiple calls a day and the few times I have answered, they hang up. I wish the calls would stop.

When I answer the phone I hear nothing and within 5 seconds it hangs up.

They have called me once an hour for the past 3 hours today.  Never leave a message and the one time I was able to answer they hung up.

I keep getting calls from several numbers connected with time shares.  I do own a time share but I am tired and frustrated with calls from other businesses calling me constantly about selling it.  I've had two calls from two different numbers already this morning and it is 9:30 am.  Please let me know how to stop it.

i called this number back.  the lady wanted to know if we wanted to sell our time share.  i just told her that if we want to sell, we'll contact the company.  we only deal directly with our time share dealer.  we'll see if they call back.

No, I have nothing to do with timeshares and they continually call anyway. Once they get you programmed into their computer system you are screwed. They pay no attention to the do not call list.

I had to fight my way through their computer generated responses and I finally got through to a human by pretending I was interested in their BS. The Company is called Westgate. It is some timeshare scam. I got them to give me a toll free number to reach a live person. The number is 1-888-311-7653. I will call them repeatedly to waste their time like they have been wasting my time for the last 2 months. Call them and call them often to Jack with them and waste their time, it is the only retaliation for their harassment you have as the FCC will do nothing to stop these pricks. I am also on the "Do not call list".

Meredith is a recorded computer generated response. I have tried to get through by answering the questions like they want just to get to a human but always end up getting cut off. What good is the fcc if they can't stop this kind of s***. It happens constantly with all sorts of scams and the fcc will do nothing to stop them. Write your congressman about this crap. It will just get worse.

I got several calls in the past few days from this 571 441-0164, at any hour.  They never leave a message.  I guess, another 1 on the list for the do-not-call registry...

The caller ID says LOCAL12CALL but the area code is not from my state.  They must think we're stupid.
