Hi everybody i received calls from these number too. i guess this number is a company located in Colombia, because the pre number +571 is from colombia, by the way the lenguage that these people speak is from there, but i dont know why they call people randomly, i guess it's some kind of fraud or robbery.

I get at least five calls a day from this number. It's usually a lady, speaking Spanish. I don't speak a single word of Spanish, I only speak English, French, and Latin.

Thankfully, we live in the internet age, so I can translate what I need to say to them. Every time they call, I read this off; here it is in both languages and phonetically, maybe it'll help someone else too:

In Spanish: Por favor, escucha: No hablo español. No están pidiendo el número correcto. Lo siento. Gracias. Despedida.

In IPA: po? fa´?o?, es´ku?a: ?o no ´a?lo espa´?ol. no es´tam pi´ðendo el ´nume?o ko´rekto. lo ´sjento. g´?a?jas. despe´ðiða.

I'm hoping they get the message soon and stop calling.

Hello keep getting phonecalls from this number a few times a day. Have no idea who's that, I guess if they really want to make contact they can send an sms so I don't pick up. Annoying anyway. Does anybody know how to stop that? A number is not characteristic for my country.

I started to receive calls from this number this week. I'm in Mexico. Many people say it's from Open english, but I've never surfed on their site or called for info or so.... Where did they take my number from ?!

Hoy 04/12/2012 recibí dos llamadas de ese número, primero cortaron y después dejaron un mensaje en el buzón de voz pero solamente se escuchaba sonido de fondo.
