They are a rotten company to do business with, had to hire an attorney to resolve my issues with them. Theylike to report you to credit bureau and lower a persons credit score. Call the hospital and report them.

This company is unbelievably rude to deal with.  They recorded a check I wrote for 100.00 as 10.00 and I spent the better part of a day arguing with an absolute idiot that it was their fault and not mine.  Finally, after two faxes (they don't have email that you can send to) and having to explain the faxes that were sent we finally got an ok.  No apology, no sorry for the mistake.  Nothing but more attitude.  I hope Univ of Miss hospital looks for a new company to take care of their financial issues!  The burden of proof was completely on my back.  She couldn't take the time to go back to their deposits for that day and see THEY made the mistake not me.  I pay my bills on time always and dealing with situations like this is completely frustrating.

This actually from a debt collector, no matter what "after insurance" billing crap they try to give you.  They wouldn't even identify themselves when they called me and asked for my birth date and SSN.  Then got nasty and abusive.  Some detective work and two hours later, I have the information.

This call is from a company who does the "after insurance" billing for University of Missouri Health Care Business Office.  I assumed this meant after insurance had been billed and paid. I don't think it is a collection agency in the usual sense because the accounts aren't necessarily past due.

They call from 702 952-4261 and then leave 573 875-1012 as the call back number.
