I just got a phone call from this number 575-774-8283 and it is a finance company called Zia finance out of Las Cruces, NM. Even if you didn't borrow money from them, if someone used you as a reference and they are not paying, this company will call you. They will call under different numbers and continue to call over and over again.

Did they mention your name on the call. This just happened to me on 03/16/2013. It was worrysome because of that.

This number called me around 6:36AM on 2/24/13. They started off in a stupid voice talking nonsense and then later said they were Alamogordo Police Department, leaving me to believe they are also from Alamogordo.

I got a call from this # on 12-15-12 @ 2:40 am. I did Internet search for this # & found it's a landline in either Lindrith, NM or Galina, NM (Rio Arriba County). I have not tried to call this #.
