I just received a call/ voice message from this same Michael guy and the same phone number.  The last time this happened, it was 7 years ago and they were of Middle Eastern descent.  They threatened to have me arrested, and even told my boss the same thing ( yes he freaked out ).  Last time I called the FBI and I'm doing the same thing with this Michael guy. I have no idea who he is or why he is even calling me.

Received a call from the same 575-904-7960. Same story as everyone else. Stating two claims will be filed against me, I need to refer this matter to a lawyer. He did not say his name. I kept asking why he was calling me on my cell phone and then I  hung up the phone.

Caller stated that his name was Michael and that he had paperwork for 2 outstanding judgments against me for a payday loan company.  When I asked him about the paperwork he stated that I should get legal assistance because he was sending the information to my employer.  I told him not to send anything to my place of employment nor to call me again..and he asked if I was the one to make a decision like that.

YES I GOT A CALL TODAY AS WELL.

Received a call from ph# 575-904-7960 someone named Michael w/ Case Lowe and Assoc. claiming he has affidavits for 2 claims on me for a payday loan. He had my SS# but could not give me my "Legal Name" that I use on ALL documents. He threatened me with being serviced to on my job, he also said that their "Client" had a stong case and all documentation to support it. Michael so said they have been sending mail to my address which I have not lived there in over 6 years and they sent emails to me. I have NEVER received any emails on this. He said I had till 5pm to call them back with a payment or they would file the affidavits on me. Only payday loan I ever did was 8 yrs ago and paid within 2 weeks. I had harrassing calls in the past, every few years they pop up trying to collect money and threaten me. I've had calls were the foreigner starts yelling and cursing at me, and did the same to my suppervisor, which I warnd her that they may call.  I reported this to the police and spoke to my family attorney. They are Scammers, your personal information as sold so others can try to collect money from you. IF this was a legal attempt to collect, they would have sent certified mail to your address, and  they legal can not send emails. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY.

CALLING MY JOB, THREATENING ME WITH COURT AFFIDAVITS PAPERS BEING FILED, VERY FRIGHTENING HAD LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY#, SAID THEY ARE GETTING PAPERS READY TO MAIL TO ME IF i DID NOT CALL BACK BY 5:00 ON SAME DAY TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS, PERSONS NAME IS MICHAEL TRUMAN/TURMAN, THEY HAD SO MUCH INFO ON ME IT IS VERY SCARY AND IM SURE IT WAS RETRIEVED FROM INTERNET, CLAIMING I OWED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN TOTALLING OVER 900.00 FROM 2009. USING CASE LOWE AND ASSOC AS THEIR FIRM CALLING NATL ASSESMENT FUNDING OR SOMETHING OF THAT NATURE.

Not willing to provide bona fide Debt Verification Letter, Not willing to say who they work for, Not willing to provide contact information, only accepting payments through non-traceable means,
ALL THESE ARE HALLMARKS OF SCAM ARTISTS.  PAY NOTHING TO ANYONE.  UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A BONA FIDE DETAILED LETTER OF DEBT EXPLANATION. IGNORE THEM.  THEY WILL HARASS YOU UNTIL YOU PAY SOMETHING TO HAVE THEM STOP, AND THEN, INSTEAD OF GOING AWAY, THEY'LL JUST ASK FOR MORE.  REFER THEIR CALLS TO YOUR ATTORNEY.

received call from Michael Turman 575-904-7960, at my work. He would not give name of company he worked for. I wont return call if they do not give information who they are and with. Sounds like another scam
