I keep getting automated calls from Michael Salerno's office.  Allegedly, it's a debt collection agency.  They claim someone gave him my cell phone telephone number and they keep calling me about some debt.  I have returned the call multiple times and told them they've been "dupped" and asked them to remove me from their calling list.  My requests have been unanswered and I keep getting their calls; using up my cell minutes for some debt for some other guy!  I'm going to turn them into the AG's office and the FTC today.  His phone number is 585-200-3221.

These guys just keep calling and never leave a message. This time it was a guy who sounded like he was calling from a cell phone and was out breath. Said his name was Mike Jenkins and that he had a case with my SSN attached to it and was with ACNetwork.  I had an attorney look into this one and they've not only violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act but don't appear to be a legitimate debt collector.


If you get a call from these guys, then don't give them any information and contact the FTC and your state's attorney general.
