They don't need to get your cell phone number from anyone. They just load a series of numbers and some will work out to be someone's real number.

This call was unsolicited and when I returned the call to attempt to speak with an actual person I received a message saying the number had been disconnected - less than 20 seconds after it called me!!

Got a call from this number saying "how would you like to make $500 a day?" it then hung up on me. They called back 6 times in the last hour. I called back to bi*** them out to get a message "Your account has no funds, you need to add funds to make or recieve calls". Reported them to the No Call Regitry.

they have called me several times. I haven't answered but have called back several times only to be told the # is not in service. Now trying to stop them from further harassment. So far no luck with that.

They buy your personal info from companies like these:InfoUSA 1-800-242-5478, LOCALEZEE 1-800-960-3755. Call them and bug them, block your number first

My caller ID indicated a call from the above number. I have put in a request to stop all unsolicited calls but I guess they can't catch everything.
Please check this out since so many people are complaining about calls from this number.

Phone was not answered, but upon dialing this number back the recording says it is a non-working number. Funny, it worked good enough to make my phone ring. LOL

Just received a call from this number. Like everyone else, no answer. If you have an android phone, you can install an app called, "Extreme Call Blocker." It's fantastic. It will block ANY call and dump it into complete dead space. No voicemail, no nothing. It will also block any sort of number or text's you want, including "unknown, no number, etc." The app is $5.99 but will completely stop these sort of calls forever. Your phone doesn't even ring. It shuts unwanted calls down immediately. I'm adding this number now so I never have to deal with them again.

Same message I got. It was a recorded message. I am registered on the do not call list and reported it. Easy to do. Even if you have not yet registered, you can report a recorded call. Go to www.donotcall.gov, and follow the instructions.

Contact your provider. Ask them if the calls can be blocked.
If you are using a cell phone put the number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring". That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.
