i got a call from patrick franklin at the national check registry so he said saying i took out an online payday loan and closed my account which is fraud and that if i didnt settle out of court i would be summoned and end up paying tousands of dollars.but he had all my info..is this real or a scam?

Agent Franklin calling threatening a summons to court and to respond in 72 hrs. Calls family and employers, do not give any info to these people or money, it is a SCAM!
