You're talking to a fraud from Check Systems. Not Chex Systems.
The frauds from Check Systems are on my personal agenda. They are a "Scum-of-the Earth" fraudulent debt collection fraud-shop based in NY.
A simple Google search of "Check Systems NY" will provide you with all you need to know about these shysters. I really need not say more. They are among the lowest of the low.

Yes I have spoken to him also.  They say they are form chexsystems.  I called chexsystems and they told me to contact the police.  It is a scam for sure.  They are a bunch of scumbags.

Received multiple calls from this number - spoke to a Jeff Hesse, and a Mr. Riley - they were trying to collect on a defaulted payday loan - said documentation was sent to my home address, never received it.  They said I owed almost $2,000 in fees.   I requested copies of the documents, and am still waiting for them.  Could this be a scam??
