These rootie boot called my boyfriends grandma and told her that he owed a debt and thatd he would be arrested if he didnt pay it BI*** PLEASE the POLICE DONT GIVE YOU HEADS UP it so funny the part thatd pissed me off was them messing with his grandma she is 82 come now man im heated I tried to call there funky a** back but too no avail they said there names was michael woods and keith johnson

I've been this call for a few days know from a Brian Parker? Who.is this man,leaving messages that are rude,so.I try calling him back today and phone would allow phone calls really what's up with that??

Somebody called me from 5853660307 and said I will be arrested this afternoon. Who makes such a call, and is it true?

Just got a call from HILTON 585 366 0307 ....... a guy calling himself Brian Parker. Said I was on the next of kin list of my son-in-law. That he owed money etc and would be arrested by a debt collection mob etc before nightfall. I know my son-in-law very well and he does not owe anybody. As I'm his accountant I also know his financial dealings. This I did not tell him but asked for a snail mail address to have the $1550 delivered by courier. Unfortunately the line connection went dead

Got a call from,legal services a Bryant Park for, CNG Corporation he say, he's a clerk for the company
they called asking for my mother saying she owed $815 dollar loan he transfered me to Mr. Black on the first call and then to Mr White on the second call they talked as though they were upset, by me calling for more information.

This guy (Brian Parker) called my husband and our home phone today. I called him back and he told me I had a bad check with Cash America in Florida from three years ago. He said I had to pay it today or go to jail within 24 hours. He had me so upset I was frantic.  Then I find out he is calling from a collection agency?!  What a jerk!! He even said they would extradite me to Florida and I would go to jail for 90 days and then be on probation.  I have a heart condition.  This almost put me in the hospital.

Don't worry.  I am going to be taking these scammers down very soon.  Don't worry about, no one is going to arrest you, but I will make sure that someone arrests them.

They are full of crap! They just try to scam you by threats and legal charges. The FTC knows about them and their scamming ways.  It's a bogus collection company. Crazy, demanding NY dudes.  NY doesn't even give out these types of loans. Police were contacting on numerous occasions regarding these fools!!

I received a threatening call from an Anthony Santora from NY. He claimed that a warrant was gonna be issued for my arrest in an and that I would have a felony on my record. He ran a NCIS on me too. He was VERY demanding and tried to scare me. Instead of paying the 300 I owed he said u owe $804.35. You must mo ey gram it by 9am or I will issue a warrant for you! I will call your job too, this is not a joke. It's a civil matter, but he insists it's a criminal matter for a payday loan. When you call back this number you get another mans name and voice mail. WTH!!!

They called me and said they were calling from legal services for National Cash Advance, from their corporate headquarters. They said if we did not pay $890.00 by noon today, a felony warrant would be issued. They had some of my husband's personal information. We've contacted our local police department to try and get to the bottom of all of this.

got a call saying that the person they were trying to contact was about to be sued by the state of washington for fraud (person they were trying to contact is in washington).   why would the state of Wa. have somebody from this place call???

I GOT THIS SAME CALL TOO. SOUNDS VERY OFFICIAL.  HAS ANYONE FIGURED OUT WHAT IT IS ABOUT ?

Being told this is "legal services" based out Rochester, NY.  Anyone know anything about them?  I have had debt collectors from Rochester call before.... always sound so official...  Anyone have any info?
