Sounds like a phishing expedition to me.  Anyone could make up an official sounding e-mail like nycourt.com.  Official state e-mails have "state.ny.com" at the end.

Kalin Izevbizua sounds like he's part of the scheme .  I can't imagine what law he violated to incur the charges.  Phone calls are not harassment if they call you.  I have no idea what Federal Authorization for phone calls could be.  This sounds like Paetec Communications LLC-NY in Brockport, NY.  Two names I found in connection with 585-391-XXXX calls are Lori and Nancy Mumford, Evergreen Rd, Brockport.

I received the same call from a detective Victor Johnson, he left a voicemail that I have never returned... I have not heard anymore from him.

i also received a call from these peoples two month before, i abused them as much as i can. But after 15-20 days i received a letter from the court that i have to go there & follow the legal consequences. When i went there i have paid the charges there of $3250. So Please do not disregard those calls they have the authorization to call federally.

I am currently having fun with this fraud group. I am trying to get them to quit calling me. I wish there was something I could do to them except insult them over the phone.  I called and asked for officer Justin Beiber and the same guy that left a message on my phone said that he was in court at this time. I said look ali ababwa (Alladin reference) YOU just called me 2 minutes ago so you cannot be court! he hung up on me and blocked my number. I get only busy signals from that number. I called from another line and got through. then they blocked that line. So I think you need to get them to block your numbers for them to quit on you.

I received a phone call from this number today in regard to a payday loan which I did not accept and saying that I committed some type of fraud--do you know anything about this?  Please e-mail me back.  Is there any legitimacy to this.

I received the same call today.. he wanted my debit card number so i could pay a settlement.... well he got aggressive and i hung up on him

We received a call from this gentleman saying he is a detective Victor Matthews  and that i have a law suit with some company and he didn't state what exactly the matter was,it was in regards to another person that I work with,I still have the voice mail to prove it. If you can please help me with this.

The caller says  his name is Officer Victor Johnson and there is a fraud investigation in my name that is taken place in the state on New York. He will not give me the name or address of the company that he is employeed with, and he will call six times a day. He wants my ssn banking information or debit information, but will not take a money order.

He is very rude. He is harassing me every day. Please help me with this matter
