Mr. Jame Colber calling to inform me that I have won a million dollars and a new car from Publisher's Clearing House. Left message on my cell phone. Lucky me. They are on their way to my house at this very moment to deliver it to me, IF I call the number first!

and never answer calls from 876. They are Jamaican Scammers. I have been collecting all scammer numbers and reporting to the FTC as above. Also I have called the FBI and am emailing all the phone numbers. They are especially interested in these that look like in country numbers. They too may be out of country, but software allows a number change. The other action I have taken is to call my legislators to find out why the 876 area code as a whole cannot be blocked. Scammers are targeting the elderly and stealing money by claiming lottery winings or by saying they are investigating the crime. Also they they they are from a credit card company or the Social Security Admin. We We need to call our legislators to help protect people those they love form these scammers!

I am so angry right now. I got home late last night and found a message on my answering machine telling me that I had won the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. They left this callback number. This morning I called the number back and was informed that I had won a million dollars and a new car. I was asked questions like what would I probably do with the money; would I be donating any money to my church? I was asked if I would agree to appear in the commercials. I was told that the prize patrol would come by and deliver my prizes. Then the guy informed me that taxes on these prizes were not paid and that the State of Tennessee requires a credit card payment of $900 up front on a specific gift card that I must purchase before they deliver the prizes. First, the state of Tennessee has no state income tax and two, No legitimate sweepstakes ask for payment up front
