I am receiving calls from NCW ( National Credit Works). They are saying that they are taking me to court for passing a bad check and so on. The number they are calling from is 585-563-5200. We do not owe anyone money for any loans at all. Last year because of things like this our bank account was compromised and the account was closed. I contacted the FTC and have reported this. I am also getting calls from a so called collector called western recovery, they are also a scam and it is for the same so called debt. If you are getting these calls I recommend contacting the FTC immediately!

They also use a system called "Accurint" to track down and find your family, friends, neighbors, and anyone else who you may have have a link to in your life to try and scare them to getting you to contact them. They will lie and manipulate all those around you just to steal from you. We need to band together to bring this scam to a stop immediately.

I had these ppl calling my job saying that I am being sued for a check. I told them I have not had a checking account in 3 years. I only deal with my savings. I was a dummy and gave them my account number. And they tried to take money out of my account but. I found out that evening about that this company was illegal. So I made sure the money I said I had for them to take out I took it out so they cant get it after the fact that its was a lie. I dont like to have bad credit so I that it was legal. But when I got my paper from the bank as a return it was no company name on it. So now I know its not legal. Thanks to the ppl on this website letting ppl know about ppl like that..

Continuously calls and leaves no message.

I just got a message on my phone from  "Mrs. Jones" and she said that she thinks this claim is a mistake, and she doesn't think someone of my profession would ignore something like this" she also said that I had to talk to her directly and not anyone else. So I called back worried about what it could be about and the guy I talked to had no record of me in their system by either my phone number or my name. Please report these people and get them shut down!!!

I've gotten calls daily about a post dated check that I wrote years ago at a paydayloan store.... I then a wk later was laid off and due to financial constraints I wasnt able to cover the 300 dollars of that check... then two years later a co. Named national keeps saying that they will have to move forward on my account.... they also left a message saying that they didn't think I was the type of person that would do something like this. Which sounded weird considering before that message i had never spoken to them. I then made a 50$  payment to them which im regretting now cause I think they might be a scam. I was worried that I was going to be jailed for a bad check. Its not like I meant to default its just been rough times financially for my family and this co. National keeps telling me that they will process me for check fraud.... what should I do, it sounds fishy but I don't no. And if I should block my bank account frm them since I did make a 50$ payment with my debit card cause they said if I didnt show them some good faith that I was going to pay that they would take me to court. Wat do i do

I received a call this morning at 8:19am and left the answering machine take it and they left a message that they tried several times to get intouch with me and they need to do something right now with my file.  I never received a call from these people before.  If it is only for a payday loan, I NEVER had one of those in my life.  I do have outstanding credit card bills but all of them are over the statue of limitation.  I will never call bill collectors back because that starts the collections all over again from the beginning.

Yes I got called on my cell and my home within minutes.  The message was from the Office of National, was important I called back immediately. Said he thinks I would not be the type of person involved in such manners. That red flagged me right away.  Then after going over both messages, there verbatim.  word for word no difference no repeating the information. That was very odd to me.  I have heard recently about the Jury duty people are being scammed on the phone asking for their SS# to square up misunderstandings why they didn't show up.  After this today, I signed up with LifeLock... I cant take it anylonger.  No matter what you do your credit is very important.

These people are thieves. They will also ask you for your bank account information. I had heard at one point they were being investigated, but apparently are still operating. And just to verify, the caller IS FPPSG, owners of the company are Shawntina Jones (the biggest deadbeat in Mount Dora, Florida) and Anita Neal Okoro. THEY ARE NOT A LAW FIRM NOR DO THEY EMPLOY ANY ATTORNEYS.

These people sent me a text on my cell phone to please call that number to remove account limitations on some account that I do not remember having.

Do not worry about this company, just like everyone has stated on this thread, and the information above, these people work for National Credit Works. They are just collectors. All the information for FPPSG, (Fortune Portfolio and Processor Group) is owned by Shawntina Jones and Anita Neal Okoro. They are not a law firm and they do not work for any county.  Please go on the FTC website and file a complaint against both FPPSG inc, and National Credit Works.  DONT WORRY!

So not only did this company call my in laws that they got the information off my bank account they made the accusation to my husband this was about the kids words used we nned to get ahold of her immm he freaked and said is this about the kids he said he can't release the case but that out of respect for you and the kids we will put a freeze on this case until tomorrow morning What does that imply he calls me freaking out almost in tears. I'm at work mind you and now this is huge what's going on with my three girls call the number and they tell me they getting ready to file a supena with sandoval county my head is not clear I am even somewhat relieved its not about my kids. They tell me about my job my bank accounts even use the words let me see what I can do someone like you should not have criminal charges for this I start freaking and agreeing they tran me here and there then say we can take a payment while telling me there helping ne because they agree the company I borrowed from is SHADY I say I'm at work on the clock they don't even offer for me to call back. I get off at 8 and imm seek legal counsil I call back the next day and they say all convo are recorded I say good and start going off now I'm not in trouble as per them I want names and addresses they won't give I siad make sure you have my address current I'm fighting this they try to rush me off the phone now when I call tonight I can't get through how is this legal

NCW stands for National Credit Works.  FPPSG INC is owned by Shawntina Jones and Anita Neal Okoro. They are based in Longwood, Florida, and perform illegal bottom feeder collections.  They work side by side with Doug Mackinon who owns NCW.  They collect on pay day loans with are out of Statue, and that in turn is illegal.  They claim you wrote a bad check, and that you will be sued or even jailed. This is completely untrue. You cannot go to jail for writing a POST DATED check to a pay day loan store.  Don't believe me, then Google it!

These people call me on my personal cell phone several times a day asking for someone else and then proceed to threaten me with law suits, blah, blah, blah. I tell them EVERY time they have the wrong number, but they continue to call anyway. Well now I've had it and I am filing a complaint with every agency that will listen. I don't know who the hell these people think they are but I'm done ignoring them! When I demand their proper business name, all they say is NCW. Odd they won't tell me what it stands for, just NCW. FPPSG LLC.  aka (Fortune Portfolio and Processor Service Group) is actually who is calling about these payday loans.  Their phone# is 585-563-5199, They tend to change their phone numbers so be careful.  The company acts like "Processors" but they are collectors, and they are in Longwood, FL.  National Credit Works is out of New York and owns the debt FPPSG LLC is collecting.  This is completely illegal and unethical.  They call the debtor trying to state they received a complaint to process, and they will deny being a collection agency, but an affiliate of National Credit Works.  Believe it or not they are registered with the ACA (the association of credit and collection professionals) as a reputable collection agency.

This is who is actually calling, They will state they are "National" and work directly with the National Attorney Network.  This is a complete lie. There is no such thing. They will deny being anything else but "National".

These people called my job, something about a payday loan and they are going to take me to court over it, I haven't done a payday loan...what are they talking about? Scary thing too is that they had information to one of my bank accounts. What do I do? Oh and too I called this number back, they didnt say what company they were on the recording either and after I dialed 0 for next represenative I didnt get an answer. Something is shady bout these people.
