I got tired of this crap and started a Yahoo group and I want to start a class action lawsuit against them for steeling my cell phone minutes that I PAY FOR. I never gave them permission to call. I have had enough of this type of abuse so I started the group. I will pursue government senators to stop it, the national medias or any other avenue I can come up with. This is bogus. I was sittin in class and the dang thing started ringing. I looked it up on here when i got home and just wondering how the hell they got my number?

So I just decided to pick up my phone to see who this was, they call all of the time! It said I already had an existing credit card, so i pressed 1 to talk to someone, and as soon as I asked what the hell they were talking about they hung up. Then I tried calling back and the voicemail did say it was a credit card scam. Annoying people!!!!

well can someone tell me how im in philadelphia and they have my number, i dont even own a credit card...but if i did there'd be no money on it to scam me for, the way i shop.

can they hack into credit cards that pay the phone bill?!?

I am getting calls on my cell phone from this number. I tried reporting it to the FCA but the questions they ask don't fit any reason they would be calling me. Since I don't answer the calls I don't know what they want but they shouldn't have my cell phone number.

Yah i just got a phone call from one of these fools. i didnt answer it though. cuz the area code is way off. i know its  not for Michigan

I received a call from this number as well. I dont know how they even got this number since I do not even give this number out to anyone. When I did call it back I heard a recording saying that this was a scam and to not give them any information.

Same as the rest...both me and my wife were called within an hour of each other.  I don't know how they got both of our numbers.  I checked with my Credit Union to see if they were calling and they said that it wasn't them (they and I are in Florida) and it was probably a scam.  I just wonder if other people had called back and were told it was a scam if the incoming number to our phones hasn't been spoofed (faked) somehow to look like it was coming from that number when it wasn't.

Yeah, I got a call from them today at 12:32PM.
I didn't pick up, but considering they didn't leave a message, I figured it wasn't important.

These losers called me on my cell phone then called them back and they said it was a credit card scam not to give my credit card information

yea i keep getting the same thing. the # continuesly calls when im in school and every time i try and call back it does the same thing. its getting to be really annoying and kinda creepy

I just received a call from this phone number also, I called them back and a mesage was left saying that it was a scam.

I just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision, and you should all consider doing so as well.  It is super-easy and takes maybe 30 seconds.

They called me today at 1:53 pm EST.  It's a credit card scam coming from a cell phone registered in Santa Ana, CA.

Got a call from them a couple of minutes ago. Called back and got the recording saying it was a credit card scam! Scary!!

been getting calls from this number on home and cell phone.  I do not answer them.

Got a call from it today. Why when you call it back does the message say that it is a scam?  Did the phone company intercept the incoming calls to that number?
