We got the same call on my husband phone. Same message, we got the same call during the IRS shutdown. I research the IRS website. They usually send letters.  I have already filed my taxes and got money back. You owe the IRS they pull it right away. The guy is stupid Officer Dumb butt! Be careful there are a lot of phone and email scams now!

Had a message to call Jason miller, said he was from the irs, he wasn't in so I talked to mike Tyler. He proceeded to tell me he was a terrorist and was gonna cut my f****** throat. Can't anyone do anything about these calls?

Received the same phone call, after arguing and make them to send me prove of everything that he was saying he hang up, I called back the number ring 3 times and then is disconnected

What a bunch of little ignorant people. Do they really think that by sending empty threats and using IRS fake impersonations they could get anything.. this people make me laugh and they should go to jail for pretending to be part of the IRS.

Got a call with the exact same message. called back and some guy answered. when i asked for officer jason miller the guy called me an a***ole...ironically when i called back a second time the phone would ring and then go to a busy signal

I got same message as Bill and B S .  From "Jason Miller of IRS" I just ignored it..

Google your name and also your phone number. Anyplace such as Spokeo that shows up, make them remove your info. Make sure anything like facebook is also set to private. Also here:

"Officer Jason Miller" claimed to be from IRS . He concluded with "Now, don't try to disregard this call. If I don't hear back from you or your attorney then all I can do is wish you good luck and the bad situation that develops will fall on you". Everyone should call him back and beat the hell out of him. His English has heavy Afghanistan, Pakistan, India....try to scam money. What a moron....

received call yesterday. the caller identified himself from IRS and left message on answering machine to have attorney call back.

just got a call from this number and some one said we need to contact him soon other wise good luck for us.Dont know from where they got our numbers
