I received a message from a Pamela Roberts this morning.  She said I was listed as an emergency contact for me.  Imagine that.  She's definately not a shining star when it comes to intelligence.  She said that she needed a call back i-m-m-e-d-i-a-t-e-l-y.  She then called my wife and mother in law and told them she could not give any information to them but it was about a check I had written 4 months ago.  She told both my wife and mother in law that I would be served papers today.  I think she is just trying to scare me into calling her back.  She did not leave her company name or a case number.  I think I am so not going to call her back ever.  I didn't care for her tone of voice.  Will let everyone know what happens with this.  If I were you I would'nt bother calling them back.  Why waste your valuable time on idiots.  If they want to say something put it in writing and drop it in the mail.  Be careful with this one they may turn out to be scammers.

I received a call from a Pamela Ryan at Legal Processing Services, saying I would be taken to court for check fraud. I never wrote a check to the company she mentioned. She said she had paperwork ready to go to the Police.. She did not give me any case number, not did I receive documentation from this company. I looked up Legal Processing online, and can't find a link between this Pamela person's phone number, and the one for the company.
I made the mistake of making a payment.

These people contacted me through my sisters mother-in-law??? This is crazy what is really going on. Who are these ppl and what do they want?? How did they contact me like this?

Got a call from these people!!! Who are they? I just bought a new computer. Could they have gotten my information like that? I am soooooo fed up with these people!!!! What can be done? If you have bills, you should pay them, but, when you do, why should you be harassed???

Received a call from this number stating that the needed a call back immediately! They said that it was an emergency call about me!!! I have no debts, no loans and no idea how they got my name!! Watch out! SCAM CITY!!! I GOOGLED the number, found out it was a land line telephone and a company call 3 level communication LLC. That means...SCAM!!!
