I received a call from James Boyle at this number (585) 645-0062.  He told me about the account I had with HSBC which I don't recall having it.  I ask him to for an email which I tried it 3 times and failed.  I really don't know if this company is really or another scam stun.

First they called from a private number. A Michael Dimitry from BSI and Associates called claiming I have an account from HSBC. I never had an account with that bank. This is such a scam!

they call me for a master card and I have not have one but I gave my check s*** to them bc I didt need to go to jail but am call my bank and putting a sotp to they can just try to put me in jail f*** its not the 1 time lol

I have had this number call me, from several different places.

please keep in mind, i owe no one anything, or have any connection to NY state in any way. neither does my family. i hold a state investigators license and work as a surety/fugitive agent here. i have 5 years of this under my belt, and my mother who investigated for the feds, did so for nearly 30.

- they are out of New York, and I live in NC. they had no way to serve anything on anyone.
- I called Erie County Sheriffs Office, and they are investigating , as well as the Attny Gen Office.
- I have checked with NYSBA(state bar assoc.) and they are not listed.
- I had my agents up in NY go to the address listed, and its a UPS store. they are a scam and will soon shut down.
- They seemed to be looking for my mother, who is a federal investigator, and has in no way any connection to NY either. she and the rest of the family live down south, about 12-18 hours away.most never having left where they were born, they have called all of my immediate family members, dad, brother, mother, myself, sister in-law, ect.

you need to call the Attny Gen office at 716-853-8400 and ask for the consumer division. have them send you a complaint form, and mail it back to them with your issue. they are investigating them.

my son just got one of these calls looking for me and he is in another state .they told him the same s##t they told you. real f##K heads

I've had this "company" call a number that I have attached to a fax machine for months. The woman sounds like she has a mouth full if s*** and needs to practice reading her script before leaving messages because a 5 year old could do a better job. I have no doubt this is a bottom feeding debt collector because the information she gives is incorrect. The leas intelligent might actually believe your line but most people woth half a brain will do a little investigating. For the two responses to Sherry. Hope you read this so you can get your act together. And try getting a real job instead of scamming people.

Sherry, You are so right about these people. I have received two harassing phone calls from these people telling me they were going to place felony charges for bad checks for a payday loan. The info they gave me did not match up and the bank account number was not even a real account number and I made sure the bank verified it. They tried telling me my husband got a payday loan with a Georgia address and a Pennsylvania employer, and the money was transferred to a Pennsylvania bank account. They refused to provide documents proving all this and the first call they said if we don't pay it, then they write it off and submit it to the IRS as a 1099 and they will take it out of the tax refund. The second call, she stated she was filing felony bad check charges with the District Attorneys office and then she got very ignorant with me and cut down me, my husband and my two babies. Told me she has a degree and supports her son and pays her bills...YEAH, by making money thru fraud!!! Great way to raise a child. The number they called from was the toll free number you posted. Another funny thing is when you call that number, you have to have an extension number or you can't speak to anybody. When has anyone seen a collection agency not connect you to the next available representative if you don't have an ext. number? FRAUD all the way and I just got done reporting them to everyone including the company they claimed they were calling for.

Calls coming from 585-645-0067 & 1877-279-5517 are from illegitimate debt collectors presenting false information in the form of a fraudulent an unsupported owed debt/claim to the receiver. They claim to be from Henderson, Weinstein, Wyatt and Associates (received a call from a John Washington).
First and foremost never provide or confirm personal information it is yours to know and yours only. Demand something to sent in written documentation. Where as all phone call attempts after the first request for this scam caller to cease and desist calls their continues calls are illegal and please report them to the FDCPA for harassment and misleading representation. Also report the incidents to your local law enforcement! They could not confirm any questions I asked so I took the actions above!!
