Daughter got calls from this clown. On some payday advance or check cashing debt that they have never used. Claimed he would have them arrested by 5PM if he did not recieve a payment. (Really owing money is a "crime"?, Half of this country would be in jail) No details of debt or paperwork was ever given. Guess what??? after 5 pm, no more calls and no police.

This is a debt collection agency representing themselves as a legal firm.  Please understand if they give any information to a 3rd payment regarding the debt that is owed, for instance "John, has serious charges pending" they have violated FDCPA.  The only information they are supposed to leave with a 3rd Party would be a contact name and phone number and a reference number if applicable.  They may ask the 3rd party if he/she knows you and how to get in contact with you, but no personal information regarding the debt should ever be released without your permission.

I just got a call from this number and so did my mom saying I have serious charges and that I need to call him back. I did they hve some of my info and then saying places i never lived or had an account from. I believe its a scam just want to make sure. any thoughts would be great

I received a call in reference to fraud on a pay day loan. They're extremely aggressive and often misrepresenting themselves. FYI... payday loans are illegal in New York state. They've been calling me for three years now. If you're in my situation, ask them to send you documentation so you can get legal counsel. They won't send it, so you don't move forward until they comply.

Claiming that I have fraud charges against my social security number and I am going to be served. They say they are with some sort of arrbitration division??????
