this caller says he is with idk but he is harrassing me and i know nothing about this debt.  he is harrassing me at my job.

they called me too. the guy was to interested in over talking me than to communicate, and when I told him to send me something in the mail, he said they didn't have to do that.  From What ive read this is a scam.

If they do not send anything, do not pay anything!  Make sure they send a debt validation letter showing original creditor, date of loan, amount owed, date of last payment, etc.  Also make sure that they own the alleged debt and are legally able to claim and collect said debt in your state.  If you need to, do see a consumer attorney for advice.  Read about the FDCPA and know your rights as a consumer.

585-730-6401-They called today and said I took out a loan but I also have PTSD so I dont remember if I did or didnt. They mentioned that my paperwork is being sent via mail and that the company has been trying to contact me. I never received an email or a phone call. They had my date of birth, last four of my ssn and address. I told them to send me my papers and to call their lawyers as I will do the same. We'll see what happens I guess.

The guys name is John Irving

I was left a message that said I had fradulant charges with my name and social sec number and they had my information but did not want to leave it on the phone. He stated I needed to call them immediately to get to the bottom of this. He said it was the Texas police Department and gave his name as John Irvin. He said I had fradulant activity associated with my name and social and he wanted to talk to me about it.

They told me I would have my liscence suspended and legal action would e taken against me.
