It's a scammer looking for victims to steal money from.

Called me 2x, no voicemail left      I called it back and it said  ' congratulations, you are one stop closer to claiming your $100 gift card'  blah blah         SPAM = blocked  :)

This numbers has been consistently calling me like more than three times  day. I will not answer to any strange number that indicates no name from my phone books address. Plus I am deaf, why is there someone trying to call me? Should I report this number to campus security?

its called me a couple of times and i answered it once and no one was there its creepy

This number has called my phone, it rings once or twice, then it hangs up not leaving a message
