Scammer attempting to offer discount phone rates.
Calimed to be Embarq. When I asked for the office number to call he hung up.

this number has been calling my phone entirely too much.  Everytime I call back it says its out of service or someone will pick it up then hang up. Its a NY number and there is no reason for someone to be calling me from there. Please help me with this problem. I cant take no longer.

I hope this person knows the wheel of karma has a steel toed boot at the beginning and end, and hurts like a #@%&$ when it smacks the back of the head. 5am especially on a saturday is just lame. Person called repeatedly until picked up at 5:13am receiver thinking it was an emergency; at which point caller disconnected after greeting.

Called to "confirm current street address" with a very heavy Indian accent. Asked them to hold for a few minutes while I "found the owner."

Asked for Will Bunks "the consultant" who does not work here.  Then argued when I said he had the wrong number.

I believe this a fraudulent caller who had my name and place of employment information.  He stated that he was calling about financial investment options through my employer.  When I inquired about how he had obtained my information, the guy sounded panicked, he simply stated from a list.  He could not provide a number neither for his own manager, nor contact information for his organization/home office.

The beep is a tone made when attempting to connect to a fax machine.  They're scanning numbers for active fax machines to spam.
