I had the second call from this number today.  It's actually a company that does surveys - I had some work done at a car dealership recently and they are following up on my "experience" there.

keeps calling on my cell. No message. Also called from (586) 203-2426.

Calls all the time on my cell phone and never leaves a message.  They must have called 20 times over the last few months.  They just called again at 9 pm.

Calls 2 times per day early morning and late evening.  Could it be Sirius radio or VW????  Also comes in as a 586-203-2427 number
