Called 02/08.  No message

no not a sex scam..but yes a scam from Card Member Services

It's Card Member Services with yet another fake number..they are a SCAM. Report them to the FTC and FCC. Even though I  am on the DNC list they call me several times a week..as soon as I block the number they call from another one.
Recent numbers they used are  719 704-6587, 605 826-5874,765 934-8547,903 682-5419,509 426-3008,714 527-0001,307 390-4127,703 844-6828,256 874-9087,817 613-0976,720 307-4712,701 782-9520
The FTC has not stopped these harassing calls as of yet.

Called this morning. Hangup with no message when not answered. Blocked going forward.

received a call from this number on my cell between 8 and 9 AM (EST). no message was left.

Just got one, left no msg.

I got the same call with the same ID

I did not answer.  A message was not left by the caller.

Called at 10:04am CST. Left no message. Got busy signal when I called back.

credit card bal. offer

Caller wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit cards...I asked the take my number off their list.  The caller was a woman, who called sir, and then corrected herself...Caller ID said Bullard, Michel...they just keep calling, are rude, obnoxious and how can we make them stop???

Yep, number came to my cell at work, but I didn't answer it.  Googled it instead and found I wasn't alone.

I received a call from this number at 9:40 EST on Feb. 10th in which I did not answer.  A message was not left by the caller.

Robot caller saying I can lower my interest rate on my credit card.  Didn't say which one.  Funny, I don't have any credit card debt! So I hung up.  SCAM

Called this morning.  SCAM.  There is no way to stop these calls.  My husband is very sick so I have to answer them so the phone won't disturb him.  I pick up - then hang up.  So irritating.  

Just got a call also from this number..and caller id as previously mentioned.. the recording said reduce your interest rate to 6.9%. I dialed the #1 and a person said they worked with Capitol One. when I said I did not have a card they hung up.

Calls almost everyday and doesn't leave message - obvious a scammer call otherwise they would say what they wanted.  Call ID says Michel Bullard

Called my cell phone and did not leave a message when I refused to answer it. I am in WV and the call was from NY.

Credit Card Services...  there is nothing wrong with your account... lower your rate... etc... offered a 'press 2' to discontinue calls...   Pressing 2 does not work....I tried waiting to see if anyone came on the line, the call disconnected, they are definitely a nuisance.

A recorded robo-caller offered to lower interest rate on a Target card (that we don't own) to 0.9%. I hung up.

Got call on home line. Offered to lower my interest rates on credit cards, said they worked for Citibank, Chase, and B of A. Total scam to try and get CC info I am sure! Told them to never call my # again and blew a whistle in the phone hopefully reinforcing my message. BTW the person spoke very broken English.

Got a call on private number in Calif. on Sat.  Caller rattled off something unintelligible and hung up.  

They called me on Saturday morning in Denver. No message. Tried to call back but the line was busy.

Then I came to this site, saw everyone else had the same experience, and left this message.
