I just received a call from 586-274-4930 and no message left and when I called back it said that this number cannot be accessed from my phone. What a waste of my time.

I got this and they said it was from the Detroit Free Press and they wanted to thank me for my subscription.....ummm  okay.....

This is probably an automated call from the Detroit News.

The Detroit News rings a bell. I am due to renew my subscription, and due to the recent credit/debit card breach, had to get a new card number. I am sure it's them. (they tell me they are for sure going to send an invoice before auto charging me, but never do... I'll send them a check when I get aforepromised written invoice)

Now, I'll set them not to ring on my phone-Done and Done!

I have received several calls from this number in the PM.  Never has left  a message.  No idea who it is.

Have received a call from this number for about one week. When a message is left, it starts off in the middle of a message and it says to call back and leave a message if I want to not receive a call from this number.

1/11/12  Received calls from this number on my cell, two days in a row so far.  No message left.  Tried calling the number several times but got recording that "the subscriber is currently unavailable or has left the service area".

It?s the Detroit Free Press calling to renew your subscription. You need to tell them to put you on their do not call list or you will continue to receive these calls.

I received a call this evening from this local number. The caller hung up w/o leaving a message. I'm wondering if those of you above are also in Macomb County, Michigan?

Received call again which I didn't answer.  This time they left a voicemail asking me to call 586-826-7138.  Hilarious.  I have to repeat this:  They call me, leave voicemail, ask me to call and leave message.  And I don't know who they are.  Yeah... that's gonna happen.

I get calls from this numer EVERY day. No message is ever left.
