I am getting calls from this number at least twice a day in different timings and many a times I dont get any respond and hang up.. Neither do they leave a voice message.
When I didnt answer after lifting the phone they did not respond until I said hello (after 3 mins )!!

My home no is on the NO Call List but I am still getting these calls !!

I've been called 8 times by this number.  The first 7 times were hangups.  I just received a call with a human connected on the other end.

The company shows up as "YPR", which I not realize is "Yellow Pages Research" from a number in Roseville, Michigan.

Scumbags.  There is little chance they are maintaining the maximum 3% hangup rate the FCC mandates when my hangup rate is 7/8 (87.5%).

For those of you wondering, yes, I did do their little "remove me" hoop-jumping, and, as expected, they f*cking ignored it and called and hung up a few more times.

I am receiving several calls a day from this co.  Many times they fill my answering machine with children's voices.  It comes up as "".

How do we stop these calls?

I have Call Intercept from Verizon. I used a feature of this called "Call Blocking" to block out this number. They will never reach me again.
See if your phone company offers Call Blocking or a similar feature.

Stop calling me

We just moved into our home and as soon as we got our new number, these people started calling non-stop. I would answer and the line would be silent. Finally after 10 calls, someone spoke to me. They are a internet phone service provider. I told them I obviously already have someone and they hung up. I called comcast and had them blocked.

ok, heres what i did find out, its a globel telemarketing co. i got a number to call to complain and get them to stop. (800) 482-4848 hit 0 then wait, it will ask a few times for account number, dont do anything, it will transfer you, when the human gets on the line, give them HELL

They hang up when I answer, and if I call back... It's busy. They won't GO AWAY and stop calling me. There is nothing I can do either. They call at all ungodly hours as well. As early as 5 in the morning!!!

WILL NOT LEAVE MESSAGE ON ANSWER MACHINE.  CALLED THE NUMBER AND FOLLOWED PROMPTS TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALLING LIST. SAID IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 2-3 DAYS.

Call after call after call, I don't answer and they hang up when the machine kicks in. When I finally do pick up the phone, they will not be happy.

Multiple calls.  Multiple days.  Always hangs up.

Appears to be some piece of s*** company in Roseville, Michigan.  The only names I can come up with is "YPR" and "Global Crossing".

I f****ng hate these scumbags.
