Received a call on home phone land line today , march 6 2013, very poor reception, male operator finally said they where calling from Calgary , in the "STATE" of Alberta . To funny, they claim to be selling "com wave" phone discounts. Had a lot of fun with operator in the boiler room , he couldn't be understood very well, due to the poor equipment they use. Often repeated not interested , but as you know they don't give up . Rather rude actually. Anyway , once I confirmed I was recording the conversation , they where very polite and wished I had a nice day ... To funny, When I looked up the number, 587 333 2906' could not be found

I got a call from this number yesterday afternoon. These scammers I think are affliated to those Primiere Fitness scammers. I joined this gym last December 2011 and they never told me they already filed for bankruptcy. They closed down after couple of months. They didn't gave me notice and did not reimbursed my money back. Also after a week I signed up to them, my email started receiving all kinds of spam emails. I hope these people will die the worst way...

Likewise, I thought the scammers were supposed to be in Nigeria. Did we import them too now?

I received a call at 5:28 pm on my cell phone.  I have no idea how these people got my number.

I'm on the Do Not Call List, so these criminals are breaking the law by calling me.

I do not intend to answer calls from this number.  In fact I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.  Everyone should do the same, so that tele-marketers will only get voicemail.  Perhaps that will make them give up harassing people.

They called me to reduce my debt. I pressed 1 to talk with somebody and requested to have my phone number removed, they hung up on me 3 times in a row.

I decided to use my dialer system at work and overflowed their phone with 1500 calls every 10 minutes. This went on for 1 hours. Then I called back and told them if they wanted more calls from me, this time they didn't hang up and promised to remove me from the list. If this happens again, I'll just use my dialer system to call this number for 24hrs.

Just received a call on my cell from this number......if I don't recognize a number, I will not answer it!!!!  I suggest everyone do the same. In this day and age it is quite unfortunate that you truly cannot TRUST anyone!!!

Ok so if you want to really mess with these people - answer the call in a soft voice almost so the can't hear you. Continue to speak softly and in most cases these idiots turn up the volume on their end and that is when you blast them with the loudest noise you can possibly create/handle. Then hang up ;)

my father got one on his cell right now at 6:40pm.

Just got a call about 30 min ago, I didn't know the number so I didn't answer, I kinda wish I did just to mess with this womans head. I don't have a cc which would make it so much fun!

got a call from this # just moment ago.  recorded message w/ lady's voice saying I can get a creditcard with 1% interest or sth. Immediately added to my "Don't Answer This" list.

I received a call from this number today ... they said they represented SHAW, my ISP provider and she continued to verify by saying my email address, birthday .... and because I was registered with SHAW, I won a trip to Florida and a cruise.  I kept asking, who are you ... she was very rude, kept cutting me off, kept saying 'welcome aboard' ... I know very well this is a scam, but I believe it is fraudulent to misrepresent oneself or company.

Reported the number to the Canadian Do Not Call list, and RCMP Fraud division.

these people had my wife going this mourning i have sent an e-mail to disney world and my local police department about them.  do not give them your credit card they will take your money and visa will do nothing.  i hope this lady is dragged under a car.

This number called my cell phone twice in the last 2 days. I never hold on long enough to get through to anyone. Im in Biritsh Columbia.

Just recieved a call from this lady for a pre-approved trip to disney land.  She was rude when I said we were not interested and didn't want to hear it.  Said shes calling back later to speak to my husband, she'll regret it.  What do these people accomplish with this crap, were not giving any credit card info, so eff off!!  Grr.....

I would like people to know that these people are a scam as well...and they have no feelings for others...
they take advantage of the young ,and old...The phone number does not work...so how would you get any information about when you so called bought....THEY SHOULD GET REAL JOBS!!!!and they should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES...for those others that work very hard for their money ...OH I FORGOT THEY HAVE NO FEELINGS!!!

Its a scam. Joe, operator 4799 calls stating that we were eligible to to get a discounted trip to Disney world in Florida and a bonus trip[ to the bahamas or mexico including a free rental from enterprise rent-a-car. Then he transfers us to a very persistent and rude female who goes on and on and then states "visa has pre approved your admin fee of $194.00 per person, you have a visa that begins with 4 right? how does your expiry appear". She did already have my wife's date of birth and home address. She would not provide a call back # or the name of the company. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
