A pushy salesperson from a point of sales ("merchant services") "company"... scammers. Tired of these calls. I told her to stop calling me and she insisted that she has never called me, even though I recognize the number. So irritating! If I need services of any kind, I'll go to YOU... these calls need to stop!

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is buy a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.

They call everyday despite being asked to be taking of their list. They are very rude. They even called twice in one day. Want to come out and give free demo for merchant processing. The last time the slammed the phone down on me when I said that we were not interested and to stop calling.

They told me their name is Electronic Marketing Solutions. They also call us all the time and waste our time. Most of the time they hang up, but if you answer in a pleasant voice and tell them yes to everything they say, they will speak with you. If they ask for the person in charge of merchants tell them you are it, they'll send someone to your address for a free estimate etc, etc, I'm now so fed up with them I just tell them to go ahead and send that someone (they have an incorrect address). When they do, the salesperson eventually calls because he can't find us and then I proceed to explain that he should talk to their callers and let them know they are ****** for sending him to an incorrect address. Also thanks but we have explained to them a million times we do not use this kind of service and we need them to stop calling us. They waste my time, I'll waste theirs ... at least until I get tired.

I keep asking them to remove from their call list.  Calls persist and my patience has run out.

Does anyone know what company this is? The same girl calls me every single day and asks for the owner/manager and when I say he isn't in she asks for any decision makers. She called twice in one day today. I clearly got p'ed off as the call was in a 5 minute range from the first one. I know her voice now cause like I said she calls every single day... I said "You just called here 5 minutes ago and I told you he wasn't in". She says "I don't think it was me but okay.." I Hung up! I'm getting so fed up with it! I am also the administrator at my company and take all the calls

This girl who calls is very rude, she asked for the owner of the company and I said he wasnt in, she didnt hear me and said yes no maybe so? and I was like no, and she hung up.. Calls quite frequently very ruide

Call and asked for owner. Rude bi*** on the other end of call. Wouldn't give me any details when I asked for company name. Then hung up.Makes you want to get rid of phone and do everything through email.

I guess they are back... got a hang up call from 587-333-6307 today on my cell 2014/03/06

2 or 3 hang-up calls a day from this number, every day

They are soooo annoying, rude, time wasters and their calls need to STOP! I am the Administrator for a business who answers each of these annoying calls and it's starting to really annoy me.

they say: can i speak to the owner?
some credit management sales thing or whatever.
they were extremely rude every time i ask them to get us off of their call list.
they call every day... i think the number has changed though.

Some idiot who thinks somehow this phone prank makes them superior.

AT SOME POINT THE PHONE SERVER WILL NEED TO GET INVOLVED.
