I see Brad and Eric are brothers in arms stating they both paid their loans or bills off. Interesting from a company that violates the FDCPA. If you indeed pay off your debt why are searching the phone # here and posting while others have stated how they are violated the FDCPA and have the same MO as all of the famous PAYDAY COLLECTOR SCAMS.

1. A company name that can not be found on the internet anywhere and on top of it a toll free # so we have no idea where they are located.
2. They state that a warrent for your arrest. ID'ing themselves as Police officers.
3. Swearing at you when you want proof.
4. Stating they or a process server is going to meet you at your emploment.

If you did pay them then tell us what the address is on the "form letter" they sent you. That way we search them more for verification.

This site is a joke...if you want to listen to these dips be my guest...all i know is i paid my bill and i got a letter saying my debt is paid off so if i ever have problems with this loan going forward i have proof that it was paid off.  Idk how you are going to turn that into scammed...it is a letter sent to me saying this loan has been paid with the date of payment made...so you can write whatever you want, but i am proof that the company worked...u talk about no documentation or anything, but i received it and my debt has been paid so if you are reading this, believe me or not, but it worked out for me....

A family member has received threatening, harassing, and abusive phone calls from this Jackson Greenberg & Associates scam outfit and people who work for them with names like, Mike Carter, and a so-called "licensed" private investigator Tom Litvin and "investigator" Doug Sellers, among others. Their info has been obtained and used illegally and they threaten for purposes of getting people to pay, even on loans that were paid or loans that they will not verify with written documentation and physical mailing address. . We are fortunate enough to have legal professionals in our extended family so we can provide support to the victim. But please continue to expose Jackson Greenberg and their "Associates". Please also file complaints with the FTC, the AG in your state, police, and the FBI-as many as possible and appropriate-in order to report the harassing, illegal behavior. Jackson, Greenberg and Associates calls from out of area and other numbers that you can't identifty, refuses to provide any physical address for mailings, leaves different numbers such as this (888-293-5530) and changes the numbers they give out to avoid detection as well as for other illegal activities involving related scam business setups.  No reasonable, legally accountable business in the U.S. would ever act as they do in order to collect funds or verify a debt, . With the help of more of the public, these people can be caught and brought to justice.

And how did you have them prove that they owned your debt?  Did they send the legally-required debt validation letter?  Why am I doubting that they did?  So many other posters report all sorts of FDCPA violations that it's hard to believe you.  As for calling others stupid... what do you have to say to all the people that got called that DO NOT OWE ANY DEBT?  How are they stupid?  The only way they'd be stupid is if they paid debt that they did not owe!

you people are stupid i took out a payday loan defaulted on it and then got called by this number they owned the title to my debt. they are not a scam the owner bought a bunch of debt at a discounted rate... its not that hard the only reason you get calls from these people is because you owe money just like i did i just wasnt a scumbag and i paid my dept and guess what happened..... THE CALLS STOPPED!!!!!! its not hard

Brad.. if you paid a loan thru these guys why are you coming back to post it? If they are legit they have broken numerous laws and violated FDCPA. Collection lawyers can be located on line and researched. With as much scam and poor collection agency you need to have a way for people to figure out who you are. I have delat with a couple collection lawters about legit debts. Guess what .. they do not have complaints on boards like this. They also have a WEBSITE with their actually physical address. They also take any form of payment as long as it is good and not a GREEN DOT card which is not traceble.

We can read between the lines and lies and the truths. I actually helped an innoscent person/company recently after they were getting blasted for scamming as a telemarketer. I found out that another company was using their name. So unless this company or its shills give us proof on where they are located, their bar # or licenced information we will continue to protect people.

Not sure what the point of this site is, no matter what anyone posts, if you dont agree with a couple of losers they jump all over you.  How exactly do you know if those people are lying? i took care of a loan with these guys and they werent the nicest people in the world but the calls have stopped.  I just dont get why whenever someone says something that a few people dont want to hear, they jump all over it.  Get a life guys.  Whether you pay your bills or not, dont you have something better to do than pick on people on this site that are trying to share their own opinions? my goodness

These guys actual took me to court and a judge ruled in there favor because I did take out my loan.   I remember I had to wait 30 days to find out because they mail the response  two freaking days later my bank accounts got frozen and then the sheriff  repossessed  my car f**gots at jason grrenburg Mr McIntosh is the worse if I could only take him to court if be the one laughing last you b*****d

I don't understand, if you owe money then why are you trying to get out of paying it? just make sure they give you proper documentation and then your protected.  It seems to me that some people just take out loans and feel like scams are an excuse not to pay them.  There is a difference between scams and collectors.  You can think what you want, but I had a great experience with this company and if you are willing to cooperate they do help you out.

Det. jackson an Det. Mcintosh, an Tom litteen been calling my job saying i owe them money for a loan i took out a few years back. So my husband asked for an address to give to our lawyer he said YOU DONT HAVE NO DAMN LAWYER an hung up in our face. So we called back an he said he didnt have time to play games. But at the end of the day we went to the police department to see if i had a warrent an i didnt an they said it was a scam. So BOOM!!!!!

I got a call from this company.  I actually worked with Mike Carter and he said I could either set up an arrangment, or i could settle the debt out.  I settled the debt for a $150 less than the full balance and my case was closed.  After I read all of these comments I got real worried so I called the original company and they told me that this was a real company and the debt was reported to them as paid if full.  They also gave me a reciept so if I ever got calls in the future about that loan, I have proof that it is paid off and he even offered to talk to whoever on my behalf.  I'm not sure why everyone is so angry, Mike Carter was a very nice man and with his help i got my loan paid off.  Very nice man and easy to work with.

I am glad you found us but tough that you gave them 1 payment. You will not see it at all. They are not a law office. If they continue to call stay strong. They may use alt#'s

I got a call from this company and i set up payment arangements and made the first payment with prepaid card.  i was not feeling good about this so i decided to to some research and this was a debt i had already paid back to this lender 2 years ago. So i did not make my second payment when they called me back he left me a message that he need me to call back and make my final payment was only half of the first and wondered why i wouldnt just pay the bill.  I talked to him later and told him i paid that debt back and i would not be paying anymore and if he wanted to take me to court he could feel free.  I then told him about all the scam i saw on this number and he told me i was retarded and stop calling his law firm and he would see me in court then before he came up he gave me the same little speach that was posted by ne one on dec 10.
 and made many of the same comments that scambuster had stated when arguing with angry as hell.  Robert Stern at this lawoffice said told me he was going to refund my money unless i used a prepaid visa and i told him you know i used a prepaid visa because he told me to and he told me to shut the f up and stop talking stupid better yet see you in court loser.  oooookkkkk i am waiting cuz a law office would not do thate

In reference to to me not fulfilling any financial obligation you do not know what happened in my life that led me to stop paying on debts. When I did sign the document I did promise to pay it back but things happen - spouse unemployed for 4 years and unable to find solid work - sure we can live off the goverment but we decided to make sacrifices. We paid what we can to the honest companies and paying still. Our house or kids food and etc are the priorities.

How do banks and credit card companies make money? They make it on the interest and fees they charge. I had paid enough in fees and interest over the uyears that they probable broke even or lost very little. That is the risk they take. We take the risk of borrowing the money anf know what happens if we default.

We do not want to see people who have no debt or did nothing wrong get scammed into paying. Get a life and troll elsewhere
