unknown number keeps calling my home and harrassing

i not only have the phone number but i have pictures they are using in this scam he goes by mark, michael collin and who nows what other names he pretends to be a rich gold exchange buyere from foreign countries and then scams you saying he is stuck in a foreign coujntry and needs money to come back to the us and not only once will he ask for money but keep going and going and it is all a lie he does have a wife she is not dead and he is working with others to get money off women beware of his charm he will ripp your heart and bank account apart  i have several pictures with the different names on them

he also a a so called friend by the name of samuel kwame saka working with him i have several pictures he has sent me he has been in fracne since the 10 of feb 09 and this is where the noney i was sending him he daid i could not send it in his name it had to go in the name of samuel kwame saka i do have my reciepts on what i am saying and he claims to be a gold buyer from different countries his wife and child were killed in a car accident and he is looking for a partner he has nothing he is nice as pie until you say you have no more money you can send him and then he changes his attitude and get supset i have emails from dec up to 2-22-09 on him and other phone numbers as  233247877 and 13247877603  and one from clearwater f l3247877603

i have been given this phone number from a dating site i have been writing to this person and this is the phone number i was given to call him his name he gave me is mark  marcel hinds he lives on north rd gunstown mi he is a very munipalative person and con  i have fed into him and lost over 3000.00 and probably would of lost more i believe he is also going by the name of collin and michael if you want to reach me my email is katestucenski@yahoo.com i kept copies of every note email everything he has sent me
