HE CALL ME AND SAID VERYBAD  TO ME

opened up with "can i speak to your manager"
i say "can you provide the managers name?"
he says "so if i give you name you can connect me?"
i say "they are not here right now i can take your name and number"
he says "i was really dissatisfied with your service"
i say "can you tell me the details so that i can forward this info the manager?"
he says "your company is so awful, you are very deceptive?"
i say "do you know what type of company we are?"
he hangs up... whatever dude
